INGREDIENTS - Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Fennel, Chilli, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Garlic, Cumin, Bayleaf, Ginger, Cassia.
Take 1lb (450 gm) Chicken or Mutton or Fish or Vegetable Pieces (washed &cleaned) and apply 2 tbsp. of PAGARIYA KWALITY MADRAS CURRY POWDER with 1-2 tsp salt.
Rub over the pieces and keep aside.
In a saucepan heat 3oz (90 gm) veg oil or ghee, add 2 large sliced onion and cook until light brown on medium flame.
Add 1½ cup (350ml) of water to the rubbed pieces and cook for 15-20 mins or until the pieces are cooked.
You may also add Salt, Chilli or Pepper and ¼ cup (55 ml) of Coconut milk as per your taste. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and serve with rice/naan.
